Job summary

Hightouch is seeking its first IT Business Partner to scale IT operations for a remote, distributed workforce. You’ll start by handling tickets, supporting a wide user base, and building systems to reduce manual work with AI-driven self-service.

As a strategic bridge between engineering and business teams, you’ll drive employee experience, implement secure access, manage Google Workspace, MDM, and future IT initiatives while shaping how IT grows with the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Presentation skills and ability to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders
• Experience with Okta and Okta workflows (certification a plus)
• Experience managing Apple devices via MDM (Kandji/Iru, Rippling, Jamf, etc.)
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Fluency with security best practices and compliance audits (SOC2, SOX, etc.)
• Experience with AI ITSM platforms (Risotto, Moveworks, Raveena, Serval, or similar)
• Passionate about the employee experience and how IT enables the business

Responsibilities

• Support a remote, distributed workforce — respond to tickets and troubleshoot issues
• Focus on employee experience across onboarding to offboarding
• Own AI-powered ticketing system and build automations and self-service flows
• Identify root causes and improve docs, automation, and tooling
• Gather data to identify trends and improve processes
• Administer Google Workspace and manage access and SSO (Okta)
• Manage MDM for Apple devices to streamline onboarding/offboarding
• Act as a business partner to teams and proactively provide IT solutions
• Create and maintain self-service resources, trainings, and IT communications
• Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure for planning and audits
• Support security and compliance efforts (SOC 2 and beyond)
• Help shape how IT operations scale as the company grows
