Ocean Spray is seeking an Associate/Manager IT Business Partner to align IT initiatives with business goals and domain‑specific applications. You will act as the primary liaison between IT and business leaders, translating requirements into actionable IT solutions and ensuring successful delivery.

You will prioritise projects with stakeholders, manage resources, and monitor progress to contribute to the Finance technology roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross‑functional technology projects and business analysis.
• Ability to gather, organize, and document business requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and finance-domain systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between IT and business leadership; translate needs into IT solutions.
• Prioritize projects, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of IT services.
