Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager to oversee intake, evaluation, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, capacity planning, and financial oversight within a hybrid environment. You will own the demand management process, produce forecasts, and collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity modeling and delivery tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience collaborating with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs to support planning and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.
