Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT operations, 3+ years in delivery management, and strong ITIL/Agile/DevOps understanding; excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.
• 7 years of IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery experience.
• 3 years in a delivery or program management role within a technology organization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT operations initiatives.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud, network, and service management.
• Develop delivery roadmaps and status reports for stakeholders.
• Define requirements with business units and vendors to align with strategy.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure ITIL governance and compliance, report KPIs and outages.
• Mentor delivery leads and project managers within IT operations.
