Job summary

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations, cybersecurity, integrations, and strategic initiatives that support employees and clients.

You will supervise platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, and OnBase, manage vendors, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive IT experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity practices, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing technology vendors and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee security, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, OnBase, VoIP.
• Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure data integrations, workflows, and information exchange are efficient.
• Evaluate and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage technology vendors, licensing, and service providers.
• Lead tech projects from planning to implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in tech systems.
• Serve as trusted technology advisor to leaders and staff.
