Jordan Sitter Associates is seeking a strategic IT leader to align technology with business goals for a heavy machinery client. You will own the full lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and custom applications, and lead a high-performing IT team to deliver modernization and competitive advantage.

The role reports to senior business leadership, requires 10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in leadership, and strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. North America focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing ERP and CRM platforms across full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of system architecture, databases, networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT systems strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and custom solutions; ensure reliability and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and QA professionals.
• Partner with VP of Process & Systems and senior leadership to drive modernization.
