Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee delivery, enhancements, and support of ERP, CRM, loyalty, and payment platforms. You will drive modernization to cloud-based architectures, lead cross-functional programs, and manage vendor relations while ensuring governance and security controls.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years in leadership, deep ERP/CRM expertise, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in technology management or leadership roles.
• Proven success overseeing enterprise applications across finance, CRM, or customer engagement ecosystems.
• Expertise with ERP, CRM, and payment systems, including integrations across multiple enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, enhancement, and support of ERP, CRM, loyalty, and payment enterprise platforms
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical corporate and customer-facing systems
• Manage application upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts aligned with business priorities and IT governance
• Drive integration across ERP, CRM, Loyalty, OMS, and Digital Storefront systems
• Design API-first, event-driven, and cloud-optimized integrations with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams
• Lead modernization of legacy systems toward scalable, cloud-based platforms
• Lead, mentor, and grow IT professionals specializing in finance, payment, and commercial technologies
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives including migrations, process automation, and solution deployments
• Establish delivery frameworks for on-time, on-budget execution
• Oversee change management, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
• Partner with InfoSec on privacy, access control, and system monitoring
• Develop and track KPIs, SLAs, and audit controls
• Manage vendor relationships and SLA performance
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Provide executive reporting on platform performance, project progress, and technology roadmaps
