Job summary

Mission.dev is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and modernize the enterprise application portfolio, including SBI Grower, Sage, ADP, Shopify, and CRM/datalytics tools. You will lead cloud migrations, data strategy, and cross-functional automation across production, sales, and logistics.

The role requires 3+ years in ERP or core business systems, strong SQL and reporting skills, and experience managing vendors and MSPs. Hybrid on-site work near Grand Saline, TX is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP or core business systems management experience.
• Proven track record managing enterprise platforms in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Strong SQL, data integration, and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with accounting and payroll/HRMS systems.
• Experience managing vendors/MSPs and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise application portfolio and technical ownership across ERP, financial, and HR platforms.
• Oversee MSP for network and desktop support; ensure reliability and cybersecurity compliance.
• Lead cloud migration, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support finance, supply chain, and sales decisions.
• Coordinate end-user training and provide senior escalation support.
• Document architecture, SOPs, and system processes for business users.
