We're seeking a Manager of Business Applications to own the full portfolio of custom and commercial software applications for a growing Nashville-based company. You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the technology team — translating operational needs into scalable solutions and leading a team that delivers them.

What You'll Do

• Own and oversee all custom-built and commercial software applications across the organization with a focus on ERP
• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that move the business forward
• Build and manage departmental budgets, balancing cost efficiency with strategic investment
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionals
• Drive ERP implementations from scoping through go-live
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, methodologies, and platforms that improve how the business operates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to technology projects

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in technology, at least 3 years with ERP systems
• Proven track record managing both custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
• Strong communicator — equally effective with engineers, executives, and end users
• Experience leading ERP implementations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics.
