Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience within a technology organization.
• Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale organizational projects, managing cross-functional teams, and influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• ITIL Foundations certification required at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the university's IT organization and ensure alignment of technology strategy with academic and administrative priorities.
• Drive strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and governance across IT initiatives.
• Oversee IT operations and capacity planning, fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the university.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to communicate progress to leadership and support data-driven decisions.
