Job summary

California State University, Fresno is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Applications and Information Systems to lead the campus IT team responsible for enterprise software and information systems. You will collaborate with academic and business units to enable systems across modules such as Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, HR, and Finance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong project management, and the ability to drive digital transformation across a multi-department environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
• Four years of demonstrated professional experience leading digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management of the campus enterprise software and information systems.
• Manage the team’s activities to support Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Advising, Degree Planning, Scheduling, Extended Education, Financial Management, HR, Accounting Services, and Student Systems.
• Oversee integration with Learning Management System, BPM, document imaging, BlackBoard Commerce/Transact, analytics, and campus mobile apps.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to guide large-scale projects and subcommittees through standard software development lifecycles.
• Foster staff development through coaching and performance feedback and develop short and long-term plans to meet university goals.
