Job summary

University Health Network seeks a Senior Internal Communications Advisor to lead strategic, integrated internal communications that inform, engage and connect TeamUHN with organizational priorities. You will craft stories, campaigns and content across channels and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts.

The role reports to the Manager, Internal Communications and partners with the Director, Strategic Communications to build the internal communications function and drive employee

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations.
• 4–5 years of communications project management experience.
• Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives on time.
• 3–5 years of writing and editing for internal communications.
• Experience translating complex healthcare information into clear messages.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Experience using AI to improve communications efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic, integrated internal communications plans.
• Monitor, evaluate and identify opportunities from data and feedback.
• Write, edit and proofread content for internal audiences across channels.
• Help develop initiatives to strengthen employee connection and community.
• Support internal SharePoint sites reflecting UHN brand and guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues on events and organization-wide initiatives.
• Use data to inform planning decisions.
