Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the primary interface between Information Technology and specific business areas. You will identify requirements, create project specifications, coordinate with project teams, and ensure schedules and budgets align with IT strategy.

You will validate information requirements, translate them into functional specs, and manage changes and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires 10 years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise policies, procedures and operating standards.
• Experience in gathering requirements, planning, and coordinating with management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface between IT and business units to capture requirements and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications and manages requirements, approvals and traceability.
• Participates in process redesign and ensures solutions comply with organizational standards and governance.
