Pinnacle is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to serve as the primary interface between Information Technology and business units in Atlanta, GA. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules and budgets are met.

The role involves process redesign, governance reporting, and collaboration on buy vs. build decisions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise policies, procedures and operating standards including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings with management.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as an expert regarding the business units supported and has expert understanding of the Information Technology organization's systems and capabilities.
• Obtains and validates information requirements from stakeholders through various analysis techniques.
• Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Information Technology organization.
• Assists with business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• Negotiates agreements and commitments and facilitates communication between business units and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Contributes to planning sessions with business units to improve business processes.
• Develops business models to represent requirements, such as use cases and data flow diagrams.
• Performs analysis and reporting in support of governance and performance using SQL-driven tools.
