Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Specialist, IT to partner with our largest customers (US and Global) and work with their IT departments to adopt Rippling’s IT solutions, including Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management. You will guide, train, and support customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product adoption and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT setup management or IT implementation experience.
• Experience with fleet management, UEM, RMM, MDM, Zero Touch provisioning, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Strong project management, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering and serve as IT SME for clients and colleagues.
• Act as a trusted implementation partner to clients and guide adoption of Rippling IT solutions.
• Train customers on Rippling IT products and collaborate with Implementation and Customer Experience teams to ensure client success.
• Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.
