Job summary

Rippling in San Francisco seeks an Implementation Specialist, IT to partner with our largest US and global customers. You will work with IT departments to understand requirements and guide adoption of our Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions.

The IT implementation team is growing; you will also work cross-functionally to improve product, adoption, and customer experience for IT, becoming an expert quickly and training customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT setup or IT solutions implementation.
• Experience aligning IT requirements with customer needs.
• Familiar with device management, identity provisioning and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Become Rippling IT expert within 30 days and SME for colleagues within 60 days.
• Serve as implementation partner to clients, guiding installation and adoption of IT solutions.
• Train customers on Rippling IT products and ensure successful setup.
• Collaborate with Implementation and CX teams to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develop IT implementation processes and best practices.
