GFL is seeking a Director, IT Field Services USA to lead a distributed team of regional IT Managers, align IT with business priorities, and partner with AVPs to deliver high-value technology solutions across infrastructure and applications.

The role requires deep technical expertise, executive communication skills, and proven ability to drive IT strategy in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in senior leadership managing multi-region teams.
• Direct experience in heavy industry, logistics, waste management, or multi-site industrial operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Regional IT Managers across the USA area.
• Coordinate and prioritize technical requests with the AVP including applications, infrastructure, M&A integrations, and facility needs.
• Lead USA area IT operations and cultivate relationships across the organization.
• Determine AVP technology needs and ensure solutions advance business performance.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and senior IT leaders.
• Gather AVP requirements and recommend modifications for operational apps and systems.
• Guide Tier I–III support and escalate when necessary to ensure service delivery.
• Stay informed on IT trends to identify opportunities and address business needs.
• Solve customer challenges with scalable technical solutions.
