USA Health is seeking an IT Field Services Manager to lead the IT Technical Specialist team across our facilities along the Gulf Coast. The role includes overseeing hardware projects, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring high-quality end-user support and documentation.

The successful candidate will drive IT procurement, manage on-call coverage, and collaborate with the director to evaluate performance and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Technical Specialist team including task assignments, scheduling, and training.
• Oversee hardware-related projects, upgrades, and hardware walkthroughs/assessments.
• Manage hardware needs for construction projects, relocations, renovations, and new builds.
• Contribute to service quality by handling end-user queries and on-call coverage as needed.
• Oversee IT procurement for Desktop, Network, Telecom, AV and related areas, ensuring vendor options and purchasing standards.
