Job summary

Experis is seeking an ITEC Senior Recruiter to find and place contract and permanent engineering and IT candidates nationwide, delivering full life-cycle recruiting and building a diverse talent pipeline.

You will source, screen, interview candidates, schedule and lead Job Launch calls, and manage client orders to meet SLAs, while advising clients on market rates and recruiting strategies to drive success for Experis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success as an IT/Engineering Technical Recruiter.
• Experience growing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Knowledge and understanding of staffing employment laws and industry expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with external customers and candidates in a highly professional manner.
• Source, screen and interview a high volume of candidates through the entire recruiting process.
• Create thorough candidate submittals for Account Managers and Customers.
• Schedule, prepare for, and participate in Job Launch and Interview Prep calls.
• Track current consultants’ impending end dates and align opportunities with career goals to drive loyalty to Experis.
