Job summary

Tensley Consulting Inc. is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with experience sourcing and placing candidates in both cleared GovCon and commercial tech roles.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support proposal recruiting while using an ATS. The role is in-office four days per week in Maryland, with compensation targeting $80,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience in the cleared GovCon or Intelligence Community space.
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
• Hands-on experience recruiting cleared and commercial technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit cleared GovCon and commercial technical positions, including TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Support proposal recruiting and manage candidate pipelines using an ATS.

Tensley Consulting is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with prior experience recruiting in the cleared space, specifically supporting TS/SCI with polygraph candidates as well as commercial.

This role requires hands‑on experience working cleared and commercial technical positions, supporting proposal recruiting, and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.

This is a 4 day/week in-office position.

Education/Experience:

4–6 years of recruiting experience in the cleared GovCon or Intelligence Community space. Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000.

This represents the typical salary range for this position but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
