Essex Property Trust, Inc. in Irvine seeks a Director, Site Solutions to lead the technology strategy for onsite operations. You will manage a small team, drive enterprise and vendor integrations, and align roadmaps with corporate goals to improve resident experience and operational efficiency.

You will work across departments, implement pilots, oversee change management, and ensure scalable, property-level solutions that scale with portfolio growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, economics, real estate or related discipline; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership at the intersection of technology and operations.
• 5+ years in multi-family at enterprise scale.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale tech implementations and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships across departments to solve long-standing issues and propose viable solutions.
• Lead the implementation of enterprise and 3rd party products supporting Essex's strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful business execution.
• Ensure continuous alignment between critical systems and user communities; link internal users and vendors.
• Develop system roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
• Lead the team to document and standardize business needs and processes.
• Prioritize user and functional requirements with 3rd party vendors.
• Write reports and present analyses, project status, risks and issues.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions with project teams.
• Coordinate data changes during system life cycle for consistency.
• Address policy changes needed for future expansion.
