Tenna is seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Director of Information Technology to lead and scale our IT function as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will own the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of Tenna’s technology environment, from infrastructure and identity management to cybersecurity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with growth in scope and responsibility.
• Experience building and mentoring IT teams with budget oversight.
• Proven ability to lead security and compliance across a remote workforce.
• Hands-on expertise across Microsoft, Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for a largely remote organization with strategic direction and hands-on execution.
• Configure and maintain network and server systems for security and availability.
• Manage Active Directory andAzure AD ecosystems including policy and deployments.
• Oversee security across the company including Azure Conditional Access and Windows hardening.
• Maintain Splunk SIEM and monitor security event data.
• Own IT department budget and vendor cost controls; drive tech policy and DR plan.
• Partner with executive leadership to scale technology with the business.
