Tenna seeks a hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead and scale the IT function, owning vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution across infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Reporting to the CIO, this player-coach role sets IT direction, mentors staff, manages budget, and partners with leadership to keep a largely remote workforce secure and productive while enabling scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information technology with progressive leadership.
• Experience building and mentoring IT teams.
• Proven budget ownership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for a largely remote organization.
• Oversee infrastructure, identity, security, and compliance.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services.
• Set IT strategy and partner with executive leadership.
