Job summary

Center Theatre Group seeks a strategic Senior Director of Information Technology to lead the IT function for the nation’s premier performing arts organization. This leader will steward infrastructure, Tessitura, websites, and digital platforms, driving a cohesive technology strategy that supports CTG’s artistic and operational goals.

The role demands hands-on leadership, governance, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on cybersecurity, vendor management, and a multi-year roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on depth across enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud/hybrid environments, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Lead an 8–10 person IT staff across infrastructure, help desk, Tessitura administration, websites, and digital platforms.
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap with governance and project-management practices.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, infrastructure planning, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning IT investments with CTG's mission and operations.
• Own IT budget, manage vendors/consultants, negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Partner with Finance to ensure revenue integrity and reliable reporting across ticketing and payments.
