Job summary

The Art Academy of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Director of Information Technology Services to lead and optimize technology across the college. You will oversee network operations, cybersecurity, servers, databases, and classroom technology, ensuring secure and reliable systems that support academic programs and campus operations.

The role requires strong IT leadership, project management, budgeting, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications

Formal leadership of information technology services, infrastructure, and projects.
Experience directing IT operations across network, servers, and security.
Ability to support both Mac and Windows environments.
Strong planning, budgeting, and vendor-management capabilities.
Experience with higher education IT systems and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead technology infrastructure, services, and user support across college operations.
Develop strategic IT plans aligning resources with institutional priorities.
Maintain secure networks, servers, hardware, software, and communications systems.
Oversee core platforms: Campus Café, Raiser's Edge, Jotform, ADP, Teams/SharePoint.
Manage IT projects, integrations, data exchange, and access controls.
Lead data security, backups, business continuity, and incident response.
Supervise IT staff and external contractors; plan training and development.
Prepare and manage IT budget; advise leadership on technology risk and investments.
