Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive IT leadership experience with at least eight years managing diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in CS/IS/cybersecurity preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, cultural, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Tessitura, Salesforce, Blackbaud).
• Strong background in IT operations, cloud, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
• Oversee maintenance, security, and performance of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Lead enterprise upgrades, cloud migrations, and modernization efforts to reduce technical debt.
• Manage IT department, mentor staff, and build a service-oriented culture with clear priorities.
• Oversee fundraising and ticketing platforms to ensure data flow between Development, Finance, and Marketing.
• Stay current on trends in nonprofit tech and digital engagement.
