Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a talented Sourcing Specialist to manage the lifecycle of compute hardware procurement across global data centers. You will liaise with deployment, cloud operations, finance, and legal to ensure timely onboarding, RFQ cycles, and supplier performance reporting.

A hands-on role with opportunity to drive automation and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement for data center hardware, strong BOM literacy, and experience with Coupa and NetBox.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations.
• Experience with data center hardware and BOMs.
• Authorized to work in Ireland, or eligible for Crusoe-sponsored relocation and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support BOM planning and hardware requisitions.
• Coordinate with global Compute suppliers (OEMs, ODMs, and vendors).
• Lead RFQ cycles and analysis with the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Own end-to-end PO lifecycle in Coupa for the Compute category.
• Drive supplier onboarding and NDA coordination.
• Maintain accurate hardware tracking in NetBox/DCIM systems.
• Collaborate with Deployment, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, and Logistics.
• Provide rapid procurement support for critical data center deployments.
• Prepare procurement status reports and supplier performance updates.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities in procurement.
