Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large ERP transformation. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to understand current operations and design future processes across inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management, and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex ERP programs, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate requirements into clear user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes including inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management, and fulfillment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring ERP solutions deliver real business value
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and future business requirements
• Run workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions
• Analyze complex business processes across various functions
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Business Experts, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers, and third-party partners
• Support solution design and facilitate decision making
• Manage requirements through change and support testing and business readiness
