Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with senior leadership influence.
• BRMP certification is preferred but not required (advantage).
• 10+ years of experience with senior leadership influence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate strategic relationships between BRM and partners.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of partner functions and cross-functional relationships.
• Educate partners on BRM purpose and effective collaboration.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape strategic value initiatives.
• Focus on value creation and identify opportunities through industry trends.
• Monitor progress to align with expectations and strategic objectives.
• Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results via business case development.
• Strategize with partners to create roadmaps aligning with corporate strategy.
• Mature BRM discipline and develop best practices; evolve BRM artifacts.
