Labcorp is seeking a remote Director, HR Business Partnering to lead global HR strategies for IT, partnering with SVPs and VP leaders to translate business goals into people plans.

You will drive organizational design, talent development, and performance with data-informed insights, navigating multi-country regulations while maintaining strong executive partnerships.

This role requires deep HRBP expertise, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Healthcare or life sciences industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to SVPs/VPs and translate business strategy into people strategy.
• Lead organizational design across global functions and evolving models.
• Oversee succession planning, executive talent reviews, and pay-for-performance decisions.
• Ensure HR strategies align with enterprise governance and comply with multi-country regulations.
• Drive workforce analytics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with COEs on compensation, learning, and HR tech.
