Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Project/Product Management, or equivalent work experience; or Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio as SPOC for ELT members and oversee initiatives across sub-programs and projects.
• Facilitate clear communication between IT and business stakeholders; prepare reports on IT initiatives, status, and metrics.
• Provide leadership for 1-3 Demand Managers coordinating across IT towers to define optimal solutions.
• Develop relationships with leadership and stakeholders to represent needs within IT.
• Act as liaison across IT departments to align partner needs with IT priorities.
• Elicit and prioritize business strategy requirements; translate into actionable IT specs.
• Advance BRM capability within Abbott and practice sharing ownership.
• Identify and mitigate IT-related risks; stay updated on regulations and security standards.
• Travel up to 25% of time; foster inclusion and drive high performance.
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
