Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in technology management within a complex healthcare delivery system.
• Progressive experience managing enterprise system design and support (e.g., Workday or equivalent).
• Experience managing a portfolio of ancillary applications and the integrations between them.
• Deep understanding of Payroll/Benefits/Talent Management.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to understand needs and coordinate responses across teams.
• Strong customer service mindset and track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and primary IT liaison to HR leadership.
• Surface business needs, coordinate IT intake, and route to the appropriate teams.
• Lead the technology portfolio for HR, including core systems of record like Workday and integrations.
• Collaborate with executives to understand requirements and ensure clear, timely delivery of IT solutions.
