Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Director of IT Business Partner for Human Resources to align technology with HR strategy and lead the HR technology portfolio, including Workday integrations. You will partner with HR leadership to surface needs, drive IT delivery, and ensure value realization.

You will mentor the IT team, govern technology choices, and coordinate across IT and HR to optimize systems and processes that enable better patient and workforce outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field required.
• At least 10 years in a leadership role supporting business with technology.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise platforms like Workday.
• Experience managing a portfolio of ancillary HR applications and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll/Benefits/Talent Management.
• Proven ability to work with executives to translate needs into IT actions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in common tools.
