Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years in a leadership role supporting technology in healthcare organizations.
- Experience with enterprise systems design and ERP implementations (e.g., Workday).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and Agile/Sprint project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and translate needs to IT.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner and primary IT liaison to business leadership.
- Oversee technology portfolio for assigned domain including Workday.
- Coordinate intake and route stakeholder needs to IT teams.
- Lead ERP implementations and manage a portfolio of ancillary apps.
- Ensure seamless technology experience and measurable outcomes.
