Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Director, IT Business Partner - Finance to act as a strategic partner and primary IT relationship manager for Finance. You will drive the complete technology portfolio and align IT services with business goals.

Lead the IT liaison to executive leadership, surface needs, coordinate intake, and ensure effective routing to IT teams for seamless tech delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in tech-enabled business functions.
• Progressive experience in enterprise system design (e.g., Workday) in a complex organization.
• Experience managing a portfolio of ancillary applications and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Core Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to work with executive leaders and coordinate IT responses.
• Strong customer service mindset and track record of outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
