BITCO Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Home Office team in Davenport, IA. The role leads modernization across core insurance platforms, shaping future state capabilities and guiding how technology enables strategy.

You will partner with Business and IT leaders, drive complex initiatives, and mentor analysts while ensuring measurable business value and scalable solutions for the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience with Property/Casualty or Specialty insurance/financial services experience highly preferred.
• Ability to document complex requirements while enforcing technical, development, and process discipline to gain business consensus.
• Serves as a change agent, supporting adoption of new systems, processes, and business capabilities across the organization.
• Influences through data-driven storytelling and structured communication across diverse groups.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives including core policy/claims platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance operations and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis and detailed functional specifications of user requirements to meet business needs of the organization as they pertain to modern systems.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; documents process improvements and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and working groups with business leaders and IT to drive alignment on outcomes.
• Mentor and coach Business Analysts, elevating analysis practices and setting standards for senior-level execution.
• Collaborate with QA and validation teams to ensure solutions meet objectives and support operational readiness.
