BITCO Corporation, a leading provider of specialized insurance solutions, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions team in Davenport, IA. The role is hybrid and requires leadership across the SDLC, aligning projects with budgets and timelines.

The candidate will manage full lifecycle, develop project charters and detailed plans, track metrics, and report progress to IT leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years PM experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years project management experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Software Development.
• Experience moving from legacy technology to modern SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell the project story via metrics.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects and SDLC lifecycle, delivering fixed-scope, outcome-based results.
• Own full project lifecycle including charter, plans, estimates, and resource alignment.
• Manage scope, timelines and budgets; prepare status reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with IT Leadership and other teams to ensure project alignment with scope and budget.
• Engage with vendors/partners to ensure delivery and communication across stakeholders.
