Job summary

BITCO Corporation, headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, seeks a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join our QA team. A hybrid work schedule is available as we move toward automation, validate complex insurance platforms, and own test strategy across multiple integrations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, data coverage, and collaboration with developers, BAs, and external partners to ensure quality releases and robust software testing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience with enterprise QA methodologies.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Duck Creek, SFDC, ServiceNow, Kalepa, APIs and EDW environments.
• Enterprise software testing experience with insurance-based platforms.
• Experience with test automation solutions and moving organizations from manual to automated testing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate metrics to business and technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of lifecycle development, change control, test planning, data strategy, and defect management.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Azure cloud deployments, CICD, DEVOPS and SOA.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy for platform and application releases.
• Develop and conduct system integration and regression testing across multiple applications.
• Drive an automation-first approach across testing activities.
• Establish and scale a test data strategy including synthetic data.
• Analyze requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios with BA/SME input.
• Monitor defect metrics and reports for timely resolution and escalation.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions, SI Partners, offshore teams and vendors on releases.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing of new or modified applications.
