Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager who serves as the strategic advisor to divisional executive leadership and senior operational leaders for technology solutions. The BRM aligns business needs with IT prioritization, guiding governance and roadmaps to drive organizational growth and value.

This role reports to the VP of IS Experience and Relationship Management and collaborates with hospital leadership to translate business goals into IT solutions and measurable

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field.
• Preferred Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience Required

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for divisional executive leadership, aligning direction and priorities.
• Lead relationship management program with IS leadership and executives across the division.
• Partner with executive leadership on multi-year strategy and governance prioritization.
• Influence executives and communicate effectively to adopt IT practices.
• Build relationships with senior executives and operational leaders across the hospital.
• Monitor changes to strategy and ensure IT roadmaps align with organizational goals.
• Escalate issues to IT partners with clear change impact on operations.
• Make decisions independently with minimal direction.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field

Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field
