Job summary

Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee full inventory and spare parts operations, ensuring real-time visibility and accountability across warehouse activities supporting COOP requirements.

You will administer government-approved inventory systems, coordinate upgrades, and generate routine warehouse reports while maintaining SLA compliance and quality assurance across IT assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree with 6+ years of experience; OR Master of Arts/Master of Science degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, spare parts coordination, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience using enterprise inventory or asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory management and sparing operations at the Northern Virginia warehouse facility.
• Ensure real-time inventory visibility and equipment accountability in support of consular operations and COOP requirements.
• Administer the Government-approved COTS inventory management system and ensure compatibility with ILMS and GTM access.
• Coordinate system upgrades and customizations on the DOS Intranet as directed by the AAS COR and GTMs.
• Produce standard and ad hoc warehouse reports bi-weekly and oversee the annual physical inventory process.
• Manage spare equipment inventory and prioritized deployment of replacement hardware; escalate delays affecting SLA or COOP readiness.
