Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of asset management experience.
• Project management experience; certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets (workstations and mobile devices).
• Develop and implement asset management policies aligned to a 3-year refresh cycle.
• Track asset inventory, usage, and maintenance using ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standardization initiatives (CCPP, CAMP), and regulations.
• Analyze asset data to optimize usage and reduce costs; manage warranty expiries and replacement planning.
• Establish and manage bench stock of IT hardware in the IT Service Desk workspace.
• Procure, deploy, and replace ~1,000 workstations annually; upgrade 170 handheld devices.
