You will collaborate with Corporate Legal, Finance, and internal InfoSec leads, ensuring audits pass and environments align with internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT procurement, or IT contract governance in multi-site environments.
• Strong experience managing vendor contracts, renewals, and cost-optimisation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential compliance procedures, legal holds, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Hands-on understanding of enterprise IT hardware, macOS and Windows, and core SaaS ecosystems.
• Proficiency with ITAM/SAM/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Snipe-IT, Jira Service Desk, Flexera, or Freshservice.
• Experience in highly regulated or high-security sectors with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, or SOC2 frameworks.
