BridgeBio Pharma in San Francisco seeks a highly technical IT lead to own the People and Legal technology roadmap and platform architecture. You will partner with People/Legal teams, drive enterprise AI initiatives, and oversee vendor governance, security, and compliance across critical systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and CLM.

You will manage a 12–36 month technology & AI roadmap, evaluate vendors, and ensure production readiness with a strong focus on SOX/GxP/privacy controls,

Qualifications

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent; ~8+ years delivering enterprise-ready People and Legal technology with 3+ years at a senior technical or architect level.
• Deep hands-on experience in enterprise platform architecture, SaaS implementations, API and data design, security and production operations.
• Strategic partner with multi-year tech roadmaps and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical architecture and platform engineering leadership for People and Legal: design reference architectures, define platform capabilities and integration requirements, and set technical acceptance criteria for vendors.
• Own the 12–36 month technology & AI roadmap for People and Legal; prioritize investments, publish KPIs and make technical/vendor decisions within delegated authority.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy: sponsor pilots, scale pilots into production services, enforce governance/privacy controls and represent IT in cross-functional AI governance.
• Partner with People Operations and Legal Operations to co-create governance, change-control and escalation models; deliver technical guidance, runbooks and training.
• Collaborate on delivery and stewardship for People platforms: define requirements, manage vendor execution, support testing and go-live, and enable steady-state operations for Workday, VNDLY, Greenhouse.
• Drive CLM and Legal systems: lead selection and rollout of enterprise CLM; steward matter/invoicing and compliance tooling; ensure integrations.
• Lead vendor lifecycle: RFPs, technical selection, contracting, negotiations, governance.
• Own vendor terms and SLAs; coordinate security/privacy/compliance assessments; maintain vendor scorecards.
• Provide technical oversight to vendors and contingent workers: acceptance criteria, review deliverables, approve releases, remediation.
• Own operational readiness and post-launch support: incident response, monitoring, continuous improvement and audit readiness (SOX/GxP/privacy).
