Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. in San Francisco seeks a highly technical IT leader to partner with People and Legal, owning platform architecture, vendor oversight and AI initiatives.

As an individual contributor, you will translate priorities into delivery plans, guide Workday, VNDLY and Greenhouse programs, and drive governance, security and post-launch support. This role blends strategic roadmap work with hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise-ready People and Legal tech.
• 3+ years at a senior technical or architect level.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and platform engineering leadership for People and Legal.
• Own 12-36 month technology & AI roadmap; prioritize investments and KPIs.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy; sponsor pilots and scale to production.
• Collaborate on governance, change-control and escalation models for business systems.
• Define requirements and manage vendor execution for Workday, VNDLY, Greenhouse and CLM.
• Drive vendor selection, contracting and SLAs; governance and remediation responsibilities.
• Oversee incident response, monitoring, and SOX/GxP/privacy compliance.
