BridgeBio Pharma seeks a highly technical Director, IT Business Solutions Partner for People and Legal in a hybrid SF role. You will own architecture, AI strategy, and vendor oversight across core systems like Workday, VNDLY, and CLM.

You will translate business priorities into technical programs and ensure secure, scalable delivery. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, sponsor AI pilots, and partner with People and Legal teams to shape enterprise platforms while leading vendor relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent and ~8+ years delivering enterprise-ready People and Legal tech
• Senior level experience in platform architecture and SaaS implementations
• Proven track record defining multi-year technology roadmaps and KPIs
• Experience with enterprise AI strategy, pilots and governance
• Strong vendor management, RFPs, contracts and SLAs
• Preferred: familiarity with Workday integrations and related systems

Responsabilités

• Provide technical architecture and platform engineering leadership for People and Legal: design reference architectures, define platform capabilities and integration requirements
• Own 12-36 month technology and AI roadmap for People and Legal; guide investments and KPI reporting
• Lead enterprise AI strategy: sponsor pilots, scale production services, enforce governance and privacy controls
• Collaborate with People Operations and Legal Operations to define governance, change-control and escalation models
• Define requirements and manage vendor execution for Workday, VNDLY, Greenhouse and related systems
• Lead CLM, matter/invoicing and commercial compliance tooling and vendor governance
• Run vendor lifecycle activities: RFPs, technical selection, contracting and negotiations
• Oversee vendor security/compliance assessments and quarterly governance
• Provide production release oversight, incident response and post-launch support
