IT Solutions is seeking a Strategic Advisor to maximize clients' IT investments through technology alignment and 5-year roadmaps. You will translate complex IT concepts into actionable business drivers and manage expectations with internal processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, five+ years in IT account management, and the ability to work with limited supervision. A customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in IT account management or technical industry, MSP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, CS, or related fields.
• Knowledge of on-premises and cloud networking environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing (SPLA, O365, M365, Azure).
• Strong customer service and ability to work with diverse businesses and technologies.
• Proven presentation skills in person and via MS Teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a drive for excellence.
• Able to stay current with tech trends and market shifts.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, VMware, Citrix, public cloud.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary client advocate to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Define and direct IT strategy for a list of small to mid-sized clients.
• Create bi-annual Strategic Advisor reports and 5-year roadmaps.
• Align technology recommendations with clients' business goals.
• Host cadence meetings and document client interactions accurately.
• Implement IT risk planning and security-improvement strategies.
• Assist in IT budgeting and day-to-day operations management.
• Own client invoicing and quarterly true-ups.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives in mid-sized firms.
• Collaborate with leadership to interpret account management goals and challenges.
• Document technical environments consistently and thoroughly.
• Balance client priorities with internal processes.
