Job summary

Integris, a national leader in future-ready managed services, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a defined territory. You will apply a consultative sales approach to understand complex technology solutions and manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.

With 2+ years in B2B sales and a Bachelor’s degree, you’ll craft ROI-focused proposals and partner with CX, Marketing, and Delivery teams to achieve revenue growth and market penetration for Integris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably MSP/SaaS/IT services.
• Strong consultative selling and ROI-based proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and stakeholder priorities.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Develop proposals with ROI models and solution overviews aligned to customer objectives.
• Partner with CX and internal teams to scope and price tailored technology solutions.
• Own the sales process from first contact to close with consistent follow-up.
• Track activity in ConnectWise or other CRMs and meet quotas and KPIs.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
