Job summary

Midland Mortgage, a Division of MidFirst Bank, seeks a Business Process Analyst to analyze and redesign processes. You will manage initiatives from planning to implementation and collaborate with senior management to drive improvements.

Success requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. This on-site role is based at our Oklahoma City campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with GPA 3.25+ in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Management, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Engineering or MIS.
• Alternate: degree with GPA 3.0+ plus two+ years of relevant experience including workflow management, business process design, project management or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review and document business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and manage detailed project plans for initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of process redesigns, tech advancements or new controls.
• Coordinate training for personnel when processes change.
• Communicate and present to management and staff.
