Responsibilities

• Review and analyze submitted expenses for payment and determine if payments can be charged to loans.
• Gather and evaluate whether supporting documentation meets insurer and investor guidelines; resolve exceptions in the invoicing system.
• Participate in annual system testing to ensure automation works with new software releases.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to maintain and update current processes.
• Work with outside vendors to obtain supporting documentation for invoices as needed.
