Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mortgage servicing or related experience preferred.
• Expert experience with ICE Invoice Management (IM).
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Support ICE Invoice Management workflows and system processes.
• Resolve invoice issues and maintain fee codes and documentation.
• Prepare recurring reports including KPI dashboards.
